Executive Leadership

Marcus Holling
Company Founder, President
Marcus founded Holling Enterprises in 2012. A career Airman, he retired from the United States Air Force in 2025 after completing 20 years of honorable service. He served in a myriad of roles in Aircraft Maintenance and Flight Safety in a Fighter Wing, and as a Tactical Communicator in a squadron attached to the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE). His career culminated managing Airfield Operations for the US East Coast's largest Combat Readiness Training Center in Savannah, GA. His service spanned across roles as a Drill Status Guardsman, T10 Active Duty, T32 Active Guard-Reserve, and as a T32 Federal Air Technician (rank equivalent to CW4). He deployed multiple times to locations worldwide in support of national objectives.

As President, he oversees the strategic direction of the company. He is responsible for setting the pace at which the company pursues and executes its contracts as well as its general operations.
​
He holds degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and American Military University.
Additionally, he has completed advanced certificate coursework in Systems Acquisitions, Test & Evaluation, and Maintenance Management at Defense Acquisition University.
​
His personal logbook includes time in multiple fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms. He continues to add time to it as often as he can.
​
He is completing coursework towards a Master's of Science degree in Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University's Whiting School of Engineering.
​
His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics, ASTM International, and the Society of Flight Test Engineers (SFTE). He is a Member of SFTE's Technical Council and is a Voting Member of the Aerospace Committee for ASTM International.

Cathy Gladden
Senior Vice President - Contracts
Cathy carries responsibility for oversight of all contractual matters of Holling Enterprises. She brings 37 years of experience to the
company regarding contract analysis and management. Her career began as an auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency before she transferred to the US Customs Service. Her levels of responsibility increased with each progressive transfer, culminating in
her role as the Deputy Program Manager for the P-3 Program Office within the Office of Air & Marine, US Customs & Border Protection, US Department of Homeland Security.

On several occasions throughout her career, Cathy was elevated to Acting Program Manager for the multi-billion dollar
aircraft program responsible for safeguarding America’s borders and curtailing the flow of illicit drugs and contraband into the nation. Cathy has vast experience developing programs from concept, carrying through to execution, and providing responsible oversight in order to meet mission critical objectives.
Cathy has received numerous awards and citations for her work in the Department of Homeland Security. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree with focus in Accounting & Business from the University of South Florida, graduating with Cum Laude honors. She was previously a Florida Certified Public Accountant, and is a Certified Acquisition Professional. Cathy holds Level III certifications as both
a Program Manager and Contracting Officer Representative.
Cathy believes in giving back to her community and serves on the boards of several non-profit entities,
as well as being selected to serve on the Nassau County Code Enforcement Board.
