Holling Enterprises, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team of professionals in supporting our Fighter Aircraft Maintenance & Operations programs.  

This position is located in Mountain Home, Idaho.

This position is contingent upon contract award.


Duties include:

The Site Manager, F-15E/SG must be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the following requirements:

  • Ensure all contract objectives are met in a manner that ensures client satisfaction and reinforces company commitment to mission readiness.

  • Represent company at all required program management reviews, contract kickoff meetings, and other meetings as required.

  • Maintain liaison with all required client officials and Contracting Officer Representatives as needed, ensuring that mission readiness goals are met and client satisfaction is reached.

  • Ensures all work performed by bargaining unit employees is performed in strict compliance with any and all collective bargaining agreements, as required.

  • Reports to company executive staff on contract performance, providing status reports as required.

  • Ensures all required contract deliverables are met within cost, and on schedule.

  • Provides performance appraisals of direct reporting personnel.

  • Ensures all Government Furnished Property and Equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition and ensures any broken, damaged, or defective equipment and/or property is promptly reported as required.

  • Ensures that staffing levels are adequately met in accordance with the contract requirements.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to comprehend documents such as contracts, collective bargaining agreements, company operating procedures, safety rules, aircraft operations checklists, aircraft maintenance instructions and other technical manuals.

Mission essential functions and other duties may be assigned as required.

In order to perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform their duties in an office environment but may have to perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. The candidate will be frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, twist, and work in an aircraft maintenance hangar and flightline environment. The candidate will be occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance. The candidate must frequently lift and/or push or pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or push or pull up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the functions of this job, the candidate may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. The candidate may be regularly exposed to vibration. The candidate may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The candidate must be able to properly use, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and toxic or caustic chemicals per Government regulations and company procedures. The candidate may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, high, precarious places, outside weather conditions and with occasional risk of electrical shock. The candidate is required to work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.


Per Holling Enterprises' Standard Operating Procedures and FAA Repair Station Certificate requirements, each individual that applies to perform a safety-sensitive function, will be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing/screening.

The successful candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Experience as F-15 Command Pilot

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any Math or Science related field

  • Verifiable experience managing a diverse team of professionals in a military environment either as a military professional or supporting contractor

  • Must be a US Citizen. 

The successful candidate possesses the following preferred qualifications:

  • Graduate of USAF Weapons School 

  • 3 years or greater experience of USAF O-6 level Command at Group, Vice Wing, or Wing levels.

  • 3 years or greater of management experience in a F-15 Formal Training Unit.

  • Ability to successfully navigate and negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements with multiple bargaining units while maintaining a positive focus on ensuring all contract objectives are met and client satisfaction is not negatively impacted

  • Experience managing Fighter Aircraft Flight & Maintenance Operations and Training functions in accordance with all prescribed regulations, Air Force Instructions, DCMA, DCAA, and other regulatory agencies as may be necessary

  • Level III DAWIA/DAU certifications in Program Management, Earned Value Management, or similar courses of study
